6 Simple Recipes for Christmas Pancakes

You won’t find a Christmas morning breakfast that stacks up quite like this one! Cook up creativity in the kitchen by making these adorable Christmas pancakes that resemble all your favorite characters. From Santa pancakes, to snowman pancakes, elf pancakes and more, you’ll be hosting a festive pancake party in no time!

You’ll Need:

  • Pancakes prepared according to favorite recipe
  • Raspberries
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Brown decorating icing
  • Blue decorating icing
  • Banana
  • Powdered sugar
  • Knife (for adult use only)

Instructions:

  1. Whip up three small pancakes.
  2. On one pancake, use brown decorating icing to draw the elf’s hair.
  3. Create the elf’s eyes by placing two mini marshmallows on the pancake, using blue decorating icing to draw irises and adding two mini chocolate chips for pupils.
  4. Add a small sliver of a banana for the elf’s nose.
  5. Add two raspberries for the elf’s rosy cheeks.
  6. Use mini chocolate chips to create the elf’s mouth.
  7. Create the elf’s hat by arranging a handful of raspberries in a triangle above the elf’s head and adding mini marshmallows for the border.
  8. Cut three small triangles out of the remaining pancakes. Dip the triangles in powdered sugar and arrange them below the elf’s head to create the collar.

  • Pancakes prepared according to favorite recipe
  • Raspberries
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Whipped cream
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Banana

Instructions:

  1. Whip up one small pancake.
  2. Create Santa’s eyes by placing two mini marshmallows on the pancake and adding two mini chocolate chips for pupils.
  3. Add one raspberry for Santa’s nose.
  4. Cut a banana into small circles and arrange them under the pancake for Santa’s beard.
  5. Create Santa’s hat by arranging a handful of raspberries in a semi-circle shape above Santa’s head. Add a small handful of mini marshmallows to the end of the hat and spread whipped cream in between the raspberries and pancake to complete the border.

You’ll Need:

  • Pancakes prepared according to favorite recipe
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberry
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Bacon
  • Powdered sugar
  • Knife (for adult use only)

Instructions:

  1. Whip up three small pancakes.
  2. Dip them in powdered sugar and arrange them in a vertical line.
  3. Prepare one piece of bacon according to package directions. Tear the bacon in two pieces. One piece should be slightly longer than the other. Arrange the pieces under the first pancake for the snowman’s scarf.
  4. Add two blueberries to the first pancake for the snowman’s eyes and four blueberries to the bottom two pancakes for the snowman’s buttons.
  5. Cut a small triangle out of a strawberry and add it to the first pancake for the snowman’s nose.
  6. Use mini chocolate chips to create the snowman’s mouth.
  7. Sprinkle powdered sugar under the bottom of the snowman for extra snow.

  • Pancakes prepared according to favorite recipe
  • Blueberry
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Banana

Instructions:

  1. Whip up two small pancakes.
  2. Create the reindeer’s eyes by placing two mini marshmallows on one pancake and adding two mini chocolate chips for pupils.
  3. Cut three small triangles out of the remaining pancake: two small triangles and one large triangle. Place the two smaller triangles above the reindeer’s head for the ears and place the larger triangle near the bottom of the pancake to complete the shape of the reindeer’s head.
  4. Add a blueberry to the larger triangle for the reindeer’s nose.
  5. Add two small slivers of banana to the reindeer’s ears.
  6. Prepare four pieces of bacon according to package instructions. Tear the bacon into a variety of large and small pieces and arrange them above the reindeer’s ears to complete the antlers.

  • Regular chocolate chips
  • Strawberry
  • Blackberry
  • Yellow chocolate coated candy
  • Knife (for adult use only)

Instructions:

  1. Whip up one small pancake and two mini pancakes.
  2. On the small pancake, add two dried cherries for the pup’s eyes.
  3. Place one mini pancake on the small pancake under the pup’s eyes for the snout.
  4. On the mini pancake, use a combination of regular and mini chocolate chips to outline the pup’s nose and mouth.
  5. Cut a small triangle out of a strawberry and add it to the mini pancake for the pup’s tongue.
  6. Cut one mini pancake in half to create the pup’s ears. Add chocolate chips to the bottom half of the left ear for the pup’s special mark.
  7. Create the pup’s barrel by adding a blackberry and a yellow chocolate coated candy under the pup’s head.

  3. Add two blue chocolate coated candies to the pancake for the fox cub’s eyes.
  4. Use a combination of a dried cherry and mini chocolate chips to outline the fox cub’s nose and mouth.

  6. Cut the stem off a strawberry and place it under the fox cub’s head for the body.
