Santa and his pals can’t wait another minute for you to meet the newest (and cutest!) friends from The Elf on the Shelf® Santaverse™ – the Frost Pips! The smallest, youngest and without a doubt the most elfdorable North Pole friends, these baby elves are known for their playful spirit and captivating charm. Found sweetly nestled inside the North Pole’s icy frost flowers, the magical nectar protects and nourishes the Frost Pips elf babies.
- Just like other babies, Frost Pips sleep many hours each day. When they’re awake, however, they are ready to cuddle, coo and play! The Scout Elves say that elf babies also slurp, burp and make a lot of noise – just like babies in our families!
- Their delicate and dazzling frost flowers are formed in cold, moist climates like the arctic. Just outside of North Pole City Center, there are fields of beautiful frost flowers.
- Each frost flower reflects one of the many beautiful and magical shades found in the northern lights.
- Unlike their Scout Elf friends, Santa says Frost Pips can be touched, held, and carried around. In fact, the love and care they get from their families helps prepare them to grow and become official Scout Elf helpers one day!
- Most Frost Pips learn to hum and sing before they even learn to speak. Mrs. Claus is their music teacher!
