Flying Lessons

Did you know that before they are named, Scout Elves learn to fly in a super-duper wind tunnel at the North Pole?

Materials:

  • 2 Scout Elves (or 1 Scout Elf and a stuffed animal friend)
  • Hairdryer (unplugged)

Instructions:

  1. Your Scout Elf knows how to fly, of course, but they love remembering how they used to practice before they got their names! If you have two elves, they may do this trick together.
  2. One elf will hold a hair dryer pointing it up in the air. (The hair dryer will remain unplugged. The scene is just for laughs!)
  3. Using string or fishing line for support that helps them to hover, the other elf will dangle over the hair dryer.
  4. Then they'll wait for you to find them practicing their funny flying game!
