• Disney Frozen Olaf Hoodie for your Scout Elf
• Cotton balls or white pom-poms
• Olaf plush (or even your Scout Elf's handmade cotton ball version of Olaf!)
• Miniature decorative trees

Instructions:

1. Your elf will pull on their Olaf hoodie, ready for a snowy surprise.
2. Next, they will spread cotton balls or white pom-poms across a shelf or tabletop to create a blanket of snow.
3. They will add miniature trees and place Olaf in the snowy scene.
4. Finally, your elf will settle beside their favorite snowman with arms open wide. A little winter wonder and a warm welcome await!
